Meditation Classes Dallas

 

Meditation classes are monthly in the form of a retreat at the temple premises. Please refer to the events schedule for class times. If you are interested in participating please contact the temple for more information. You can also follow us on Facebook for upcoming retreats. Below is the format of the program.

9:00 – 11:30 Silent meditation(walking, sitting and metta)

11:30 – 12:30 Lunch break (you are welcome to bring a dish to share with the other participants)

12:30 – 1:00 Discussion on our practice of the Dhamma

1:00 – 3:00 Discussion on the Satipatthana Sutta from Bhikku
